Practicing Mindful Thinking

Creating peace of mind is not an easy task but a daily practice #peace #calm #quote #happinessMy body and mind is starved for the calm. For a little peace and quiet. No problems, no last minute issues and no unwelcome intrusions.

I long for a day with family, happiness and no stress.

I know one day it will come, but until that day is here I need to practice mindful thinking, embracing the moment, my family and life.

If I allow everyday craziness to breach my peaceful mind in the hopes that the next day will be calm it will continue as a never ending cycle. It is time to practice and practice again until I have created a happy life for myself free from everyday drama.
